Our service department is staffed with the most qualified technicians who are eager and ready to address all of your service needs. We have all of the newest, high tech equipment so that we can get your car fixed right the first time! In addition we have many services available to make servicing your car easier. Some of these services are loaner vehicles for your use while your vehicle is being serviced, 24 hour night drop service, courtesy rides to work within 15 minutes of our facility. With all of these services in place, we hope that your service experience will be easy and painless!

Valerie Best - SERVICE ADVISOR
Valerie is the young lady in which you will probably always talk to when you call or come in to our service department. She is new to our service department although she has been a Service Advisor for several other dealerships in the Maryland Area. Valerie is eager and willing to help you with all of your service needs!
Ryan Chatham – SERVICE TECHNICIAN
Dan Connors – SERVICE TECHNICIAN
Ryan is another one of our ASE Master Certified Technicians who was employed her in 2001. He is a licensed State Inspector and Advance Drivability Certified. Ryan specializes in electronic repairs.
Dan is an ASE Certified Technician who has been employed here since 2005. He is also a Licensed State Inspector and specializes in Steering and Suspension and Brake Systems.
Robert Rose - SERVICE TECHNICIAN
Bob is one of the newest members of our service department. Bob is a Licensed State Inspector and has been working in the mechanical field all of his life. Come on in and ask for Bob to put his expertise to use on your vehicle!

Eddie Balderson is our quick Lube Technician and is are eager to make your routine services easy. With every oil change, Eddie carefully checks your vehicle using GM’s Multi Point Inspection form. He will let you know when it is time for all your vehicle’s services.
